Can I set the store hours to stop orders outside that time frame?

Of course you can! There’s a dashboard that you can login to with a bunch of tools to help you manage your website.

Why is it free?

It’s not free for everyone! Normally a website like this would cost $300 a month. However if you qualify, we’re willing to invest and give you the web design service at no cost to you. There will be a small processing fee added to the order when your customer checks out with their debit/credit card.

Is this real?

Yes! Hundreds of hours went into the development of our platform & web designs. Everything has been fine-tuned to give you the optimal experience.

Can I edit the website?

There are dynamic sections on your website that update when you post content. However, for all major & minor changes a service request must be made. Website edits are handled by our web designers.

Is there a dashboard for me to see things?

Yes! There are many tools in your dashboard / backend for you to login and manage / your website.

How is this better than something else?

This is your own website / platform. Other things we've seen are difficult to navigate, etc. We’ve made ordering from your restaurant even easier. And the best part is, your customers will never leave your .com to pay for their order.

Can I change my pricing?

Yes! You’ll just have to request an update via your website's dashboard.

What's the catch?

There is none. You get a website. Your customers get to order food from you online.. We charge a small processing fee. It’s that simple.

Do customers have to pay online?

Yes, and there are a ton of benefits to this. For one, you get paid up front! Secondly, this decreases your chances of cancellations! Third, you no longer have to juggle several types of currency & apps. Your money, one spot, your bank account.

Can I cancel / reschedule appointments?

Yes! This is possible via your website dashboard.
