If you read carefully and follow the simple procedures, you will achieve success! 

What will i be doing as a sales agent

When you create a lead from the "New Lead" button you enter them into an email campaign that comes from "you". 


This email campaign has been carefully calculated to sound like a realistic conversation that ends up asking them to schedule a meeting with you via your person booking link at https://distromenu.com/schedule/[user_login]


In essence, DistroMenu does all of the talking and communication between your first connection with someone and their meeting.


This is the only way you should be having a meeting with someone, is through this process. Not only is it effective, but the process gives you a higher position of power for the sale; because your potential client is now seeing how dedicated we are via communication, how amazing our own booking system and website is, and they're subconsciously being made easier to talk to because by the end of this process they will be the ones wanting to talk to you.

After you get the SMS/email confirmation that one of your leads has scheduled a meeting with you, it is your responsibility to login to the agent dashboard > contacts > their name and apply the "scheduled" tag to their contact ID.


This is important because it is the only thing stopping them from receiving continues emails from you asking them to schedule an appointment.

Attending the meeting and getting someone to sign up is a simple streamlined process. Please follow the steps directly.

You should be wearing your DistroCuts Shirt, and have your tablet loaded up with the agent dashboard app.


1. CLIENT APPLICATION


Say "Before we start I just need to fill out this quick application for you to make sure you're approved to receive this offer. It's not a credit check, it is based on your answers."


The client will then either be approved or denied based on whether they said they had 3 ore more customers a day. They will get an email immediately that says their application status, as well as the link they will need to sign up later.


When they are approved say "Awesome, that means we can go ahead and get started!"




2. SHOWING THE FEATURES PAGE


Read the features with them section by section. When you get the demos say "we'll look at those in a second."




3. SHOWING THE PRODUCT


Use any of the Demos. Be sure to show them the entire website and comment on it, and show them how easy and simple it is to book an appointment.




4. EXPLAINING THE SIGN UP PAGE


This part is easy. Quickly skim over the sign up page, make it look easy and normal. But be sure to comment on the themes. When you're done direct them to their approval email and have them open the sign up page from the button.




5. Answer Their Questions


This part should be pretty easy.  You can load up the Frequently Asked Question pages on your app just so you have every answer for most questions at the tip of your finger tips.




6. WAITING FOR THEM TO SIGN UP ON THEIR PHONE


First, if they don't have a paypal account show them the link in their approval email to sign up.


Once they have their paypal, you're good to go! Just really stress that we need all of the information.


If they don't have the menu right then and there, let them sign up. However tell them that we'll be emailing them immediately and will need the images or a physical copy to actually finish their website. So they will need to gather their menu for us asap.

After your meeting it is important to use the Update Meeting Status page. This ensures that they get the proper placement in the email marketing again.

It shouldn't happen often, but if it does it's your job to immediately help and direct your client to the customer support ticket page. 


Alternatively, you can open up a support ticket for them in your support ticket dashboard.

growing your income

Want to know where all your potential clients are? We already found them for you!


Go to the "Suggested Locations" page in your agent dashboard. There you will find states with major cities / towns. When you click on a city's tab two buttons will be shown. Both will be Google and are linked to the area you're searching for.


We suggest following the instructions on the page to create a spreadsheet to build a list of places you plan on walking into to create new leads.


Create a new spreadsheet or edit your current one. Add places into your list. Use details such as Name, Address, City, Phone, etc. 


Once you have this built it will be up to you to go to these locations and try to get a meeting.

Here's some general rules to follow.

1. You should be wearing your DistroMenu Shirt, and have your tablet loaded up with the agent dashboard app.

2. You don't have time to have a full meeting right now, but are more than willing to make time in the future.

3. Enter your contacts information into the Create New Lead page to have them schedule a meeting with you.


What should work is if you ask them if they have online booking, and would be interested in letting you give them their own custom website that has online ordering that will let them compete with major corporations.


Once they're interested collect their information and fill out your create new lead form.

Creating a new lead enters them into the dynamic smart email marketing asking them to see schedule a meeting with you.
